Kelly and Phil fun at the beach in South Carolina

Kelly and Phil met me at Isle of Palms for a fun and flirty couples session. While I was hanging out with my brother and his family in Charleston SC, I got a hold of a couple that was more than ready and willing to meet me at the beach for an awesome afternoon session. Little did we know that it would be totally awesome and amazing.

The session started just before sunset. The wind was blowing, some kind of humidity came in and my lenses kept fogging up. Which actually made it awesome to edit since I was going for a more retro film vibe with lots of warmth. And damn, I just have to say that it’s been awesome to edit these photos. Very cool, very laid back, very film inspired.

These are the type of sessions I love. Very casual, laid back, true, authentic people who want to capture these qualities. Nothing over done. But simple and sweet.
