When I left the mainland for Samantha and Hunter’s engagement on Sullivan’s Island, there was a huge storm in the forecast. Luckily, when I crossed over the Ben Sawyer Bridge to Sullivan’s Island, the skies cleared up. And we had a gorgeous soft light morning beach engagement session!

Samantha & Hunter are getting married in March of 2023 at Dunes West on Mt. Pleasant in South Carolina. One of the most exclusive wedding venues in South Carolina is Dunes West. What makes this location so unique is it’s an all-inclusive resort, which provides catering and staff services. This allows you to relax. Knowing that absolutely everything is being taken care of while your guests are enjoying the oceanfront accommodations. The coastal elegance at Dunes West can’t be matched by any other Mount Pleasant venue! In addition, the pictures are a reflection of this fact.

Beach Engagement Session on Sullivan’s Island entrance used was near Fort Moultrie. It also provided an amazing backdrop for the couple in the wooded areas to keep the beach theme alive!

A place where many residents visit, but not on this day. On this day we had the beach to ourselves.

Thank you, Samantha & Hunter, for allowing me to capture your engagement session! This truly was a beautiful day, and I cannot wait for your wedding.
